Angela Hardison
Angie is the founder and Owner of LifeQuest inc. Angie founded LifeQuest with her husband Tim, to assist individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Since its inception, LifeQuest has grown and acquired the license to serve individuals with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses.

Adam Congleton
Adam is the program director. He will often be seen assisting staff and clients with any and all problems they may have. When visiting LifeQuest Adam is the man to show you around.

Kirsten Olah
Kirsten is our LCSW. She is our treatment team coordinator, and is responsible for ensuring our clients have all the requirements for receiving care within the facility.

Meagan Rose
Meagan is one of our Qualified Professionals in the office. She works with our members to outline their long term goals and works with our Support Staff to ensure members are making progress towards achieving those goals.

Taylor Everette
Taylor is an Associate Professional. He started as a Support Staff before moving into his current position. He works alongside our Qualified Professionals to provide care coordination and assesses members progress towards achieving their goals.

Mallory Phelps
Mallory oversees our Day Supports program for individuals diagnosed with an IDD. She also works with our Carteret County members to outline their goals and assess their progress towards achieving their long term achievements.

Elaine Chandler
Elaine recently transitioned from her Support Staff role after nearly 20 years into her new position as a Documentation Specialist. She ensures our documentation is current and accurate.

Sandy Hamilton
Sandy focuses on bolstering our clients culinary skills. Clients in her group are responsible for cooking meals for the facility. They learn cooking and independent living skills.

Jennifer Schmitt
Jennifer partners with LifeQuest through her store, RiverVibes. She takes a group of clients, twice a week, into the community to develop pre-vocational skills.

Colleen Kennedy
Colleen specializes in socialization and team-building. Clients in her group are provided the resources to improve their social skills.

Ken Reason
Ken leads our music therapy group. You can find members in his group discussing different music genres, learning to play a variety of instruments including guitar, keyboard, and drums, and developing their leadership skills. If you want to learn an instrument, Ken is your guy!

Angela McDonald
Angela is a Certified Peer Support Specialist. She works with our members providing one-on-one support and guidance in coping with and successfully managing mental health symptoms.

Celeste Clement
Celeste operates LifeQuest’s thrift store. The clients in her group are tasked with assisting her in running the day-to-day and are provided opportunities to develop vocational skills.

Becky Bernardo
Becky oversees our Pet Therapy group. Clients in her group are tasked with providing care for the 3 therapy cats and occasionally some bunnies.

Cheneq Jones
Cheneq partners with an instructor from Beaufort Community College to give our members opportunities to enhance their education. Members have the opportunity to enroll in College Courses to obtain their GED, increase their math, reading, and writing skills, and enhance their Digital Literacy.

Alex Crumpton
Alex has a group that is all about art and creative expression. Clients in Alex’s group will learn how to create art through various mediums. They also assist Alex with running the Sip N Station.
